The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has lED widespread tributes to Joe Dolan, the singer and entertainer wHO died yesterday good afternoon at the historic period of 68.
A native of Mullingar, Co Westmeath, Joe Dolan died in the Mater Buck private Hospital in Capital of Ireland yesterday afternoon after he suffered a head hemorrhage.
He had been suffering health problem for about clock time, and had been forced to scratch concerts in October.
On Xmas night he was rushed to the Mater Hospital subsequently becoming seriously badly at his Foxrock family.
A statement from his syndicate said he passed aside peacefully, surrounded by fellowship and friends.
His family and management said they had been overwhelmed with expressions of fellow feeling and financial backing.
They requested privateness at this fourth dimension.
The remains of Joe Dolan testament recline at Gilsenan's Funeral Home in Mullingar from tomorrow lunch period.
